With December Priority Date applicants processing their documents over the holidays, it’s time to think ahead and be prepared for our January Petition holders. US Priority date petitions have seen movement for the month of January from last month’s dates. Petitions that are about to be processed next month for both Family-Based and Employment-Based, must have their documents ready and make sure all of them are complete.

Under the F1 Category, the priority date has moved forward 6 months. F2A category petitions on the other hand, have moved 6 weeks forward. The F2B category petitions have moved one month while the F3 Category got the shortest movement of only 9 days.  Lastly, for people have F4 Petitions, the priority date for F4 moved by 21 days.
