NMC Registration Online Links for Overseas Nurses Dec. 2019

We have streamlined the online registration procedures with the UK Nursing and Midwifery Council at no cost and as part of our immigrant advocacy. This  one-stop guide with links may be used by our Filipino nurses to apply for registration.

The links are provided so you get the latest official information and procedures from NMC.

To verify the most current approved job orders of POEA-licensed recruitment agencies, click on this link.  From the menu, select the "Search available job orders by country"; The next screen will show "Select country."  Scroll down until you get to the United Kingdom, then click "Submit."  The most current approved job orders will show when the job order was approved, the name of the licensed agency and the number of nurses needed.  Then you may call the agency to check if the job orders have been filed as well as for the requirements.

Note the costs involved in registration. Clarify with the agency who will be paying for the fees and what arrangements the agency have for the RN to take not just the computer-based test but the final part which needs to be taken in the UK as well as the airline tickets and accomodation.  It would be advisable to double check with the POEA that the agency remains in good standing.

Good luck.
