It didn’t take long before the 3,500 slots for applications for a Quebec Skilled Worker selection certificate was reached. Opening on November 4, 2015, the paper-based Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program lasted only 6 days before closing.
The second intake period of 2,800 applications, will start on January 18, 2016 and end on March 31, 2016. As applications will be filed online, expect the program to close in just about the same number of days.
