Monitoring Express Entry CRS Cut-off Points
Updated December 26, 2017 | Canada

If you haven't filed an application yet, or are still thinking when to do it, monitoring the results of each Express Entry draw will give you an insight regarding the trend of the cut-off for CRS points.

The Express Entry system has been in place since January 31, 2015.  If you intend to immigrate to Canada under any of the federal economic immigration programs e.g. the Federal Skilled Worker Program, you will have to become a candidate in the Express Entry Pool  Some provincial nominee programs also use the Express Entry system so be sure to first check the procedure for your intended application.

Have you already been accepted into the pool of candidates?  If so, Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (formerly Citizenship and Immigration Canada) draws candidates regularly and invites candidates from the pool to apply for immigration.

We've listed below the results of the Express Entry round of invitations from the start for you to monitor and we'll be updating this list after each round.  You may also want to read the latest Canada immigration news to read up on updates that have affected the Comprehensive Ranking System, or CRS, and the number of invitations issued.

If you've forgotten, the CRS score is used by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (formerly Citizenship and Immigration Canada) as a cut-off when selecting applicants from the Express Entry pool.

And this next is important. IRRC will base the cut-off on the date and time Express Entry profiles are submitted.  Therefore, if there are two or more candidates who have reached the lowest score, the applicant who submitted his application earlier gets the slot.  So, make sure your internet serevice is reliable while completing your application!
