Once a follow-up has been made and the passport was confirmed for pick-up, the applicant may claim his/her passport personally or by his/her authorized representative. The representative must have with him/her an authorization letter signed by the passport holder and duty notarized.

Passports may be picked up at these times:

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 12:00 nn to 1:00 pm unless otherwise indicated.

When you plan to visit the Netherlands and you do not have the Dutch nationality, you may need to apply for a visa. Since 1995 there is no border control between the  Schengen countries. The Schengen area consist of 25 European countries. These countries issue a common visa: the Schengen visa.

The Netherlands Embassy represents Latvia and Poland concerning visa applications. Only after you have arranged an appointment, you can apply for a visa for Latvia or Poland.

You need to make an appointment through a call centre before applying for a visa at the Embassy in Manila. An appointment can be arranged not earlier than 3 months before your planned date of departure.

For a visa application at the Honorary Consulate in Cebu it is not necessary to make an appointment. You can apply on working days between 8:00 - 12:00 am.

The Governments of Sweden and Switzerland have agreed that the Embassy of Switzerland in the Philippines will represent Sweden for the issuance of Schengen visas.
