The SINP Saskatchewan Work Experience Category is for foreign workers living in Saskatchewan on a valid work permit, who want to apply for permanent residence in the province. It is the Canadian federal government that sets the number of nominees to the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program or SINP. Hence the SINP may close categories once it meets the ceiling of nominations per stream and sub-stream.
